These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ji999 ("ji999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ji999 website at https://ji999.lat, including all games, tools, features, promotions, and services made available through the platform.

By completing the ji999 account registration process, accessing the platform, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any ji999 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms. All financial transactions on the ji999 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ji999 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, and Metrobank bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at ji999's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ji999 wallet upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. ji999 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your ji999 account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is ₱500, unless otherwise specified for your account tier.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the deposit where technically feasible.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5–30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 banking days.
• ji999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) on withdrawal requests of significant value before processing. This may extend processing time by up to 5 business days.

ji999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotional offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General bonus terms applicable to all ji999 promotions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

ji999 does not manipulate game outcomes. Game results are determined by the respective game engine or live dealing process and are not within ji999's control once a wager is placed and confirmed. In the event of a technical malfunction that demonstrably affects game outcome integrity, the affected round shall be voided and stakes returned to the player's ji999 wallet.

Sports betting odds are provided in real-time and may change up to the moment of bet placement confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed by ji999, the stated odds are locked and will not be altered except in circumstances of manifest error, as described below.

ji999 reserves the right to void any wager placed as a result of a manifest pricing error — defined as an odds price that is demonstrably inconsistent with prevailing market prices to a degree that a reasonable player would recognise as an error. Void decisions on manifest error grounds will be documented and communicated to the affected player.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ji999 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and/or forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering more than one ji999 account per individual person.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification processes.
• Using the ji999 platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources or using ji999 for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with ji999 games or sports betting markets without express written authorisation.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any other ji999 game format to gain an unfair advantage.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ji999 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any ji999 content or software; framing or mirroring any ji999 page without express written consent; or removal of any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice from ji999 materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ji999's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the ji999 platform shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that player's ji999 wallet at the time the claim arises.

ji999 shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profit, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunity, or reputational damage, arising from or in connection with your use of the ji999 platform, even if ji999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ji999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond ji999's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. ji999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

ji999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Filipino players seriously. Gaming is intended solely as entertainment and should never be approached as a source of income, a solution to financial difficulty, or a coping mechanism for personal or psychological distress.

ji999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your gaming expenditure. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a specified duration.

ji999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Identification of the account holder as an underage player.
• Discovery that the account holder is registered on a self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or another recognised gaming authority.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to the dormant account handling procedures described below.

In the event of account closure for reasons other than confirmed fraud or terms violation, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting withdrawal eligibility requirements) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within 10 business days, following the completion of any applicable verification and AML checks.

Dormant Accounts: An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no wager). ji999 will notify the registered email address 30 days before applying a monthly inactivity administration fee of ₱100 to dormant accounts with a real-money balance. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 24 months of inactivity without further notice.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between you and ji999, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting ji999 customer support and providing a clear written description of the dispute, the outcome you seek, and any supporting documentation. ji999 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process within 30 days of your initial complaint submission, either party may elect to submit the dispute to formal arbitration. Any such arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration law. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute.

ji999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms — defined as changes that materially affect your rights, obligations, or the financial terms of your engagement with ji999 — will be notified to registered players via email to the registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the ji999 platform, with a minimum notice period of 14 days before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change substantive meaning, updates required by applicable law with immediate effect, and additions of new optional features — may be implemented without advance notice but will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the ji999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the ji999 platform and may request account closure by contacting ji999 customer support prior to the amendment's effective date.
