ji999 Privacy Policy

For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, ji999 acts as the data controller in respect of all personal data collected through the ji999 platform at https://ji999.lat.

Upon the expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be attributed to an identifiable individual.

ji999 implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss, and destruction. Key security controls in place include:

Safeguards employed for international data transfers include: data processing agreements incorporating standard contractual clauses approved under applicable Philippine data protection guidance; transfers to jurisdictions with recognised adequate data protection frameworks; and, where required, specific adequacy assessments prior to any new international transfer arrangement.

ji999 does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide adequate protections, and does not use international data transfer arrangements to circumvent the data rights described in this Policy.

The ji999 platform is strictly intended for use by individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirements for online gaming in the Philippines. ji999 does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

ji999 employs age verification controls during the registration process and during KYC verification to identify and prevent underage access. Any account found to have been registered by an individual under 21 will be immediately closed and all personal data associated with that account deleted, subject only to any legal retention obligations that apply.
